THE DEVELOPMENT “DREAM TEAM”
The developers are four friends, all New Buffalo area residents, and all with distinct talents and expertise to contribute to the project. Paul Oselka, John Jackson, Dave Montayne and Mark LaRose are the four members of the Developer – LAKE MICHIGAN VIEW TOWN HOMES & COTTAGES, LLC.

These four came up with the idea of turning the views from New Buffalo’s Diamond Bowl into the townhomes and cottages at Diamond Point.

Deciding to do the project was easy – project manager Paul Oselka, who was practically born into the construction business in New Buffalo, will oversee all construction site work, utilities and infrastructure.

John Jackson, long-time former owner of the Diamond Bowl and other Harbor Country businesses, will offer project support and oversight. Dave Montayne, local CPA, will run the financial end of the project. Mark LaRose, co-owner of LaRose & Bosco, Ltd., will act as project attorney. Four friends, with four different talents, all with the goal of building a high quality, successful, beautiful project.

PRICING
Pricing at Diamond Point is outstanding for the New Buffalo area. Depending on the view from your unit and which phase it is in, today’s pricing for a luxury townhome is only $339k and everything in between and go up to $479k. For this price, we deliver a three-bedroom, three-full-bathroom, one-car attached garage featuring five decks, fireplace, corian countertops, hardwood floors, ceramic tile, top of the line appliances and fixtures and so much more.

The single-family cottages are offered in four different well laid out designs ranging from 1,500 square feet to over 2,000 square feet. Today's pricing is $349,000 to $425,000.
